Your child will be grouped with all girls based on skill ability and age. Our classes emphasize proper training technique of the bars, beam, vault, floor exercise, flexibility training, strength training and more!
These all male class instructed by the highly qualified male coaches instruct the basics of Men?s apparatus, including Floor Exercise, Parallel Bars, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, High Bar and Vault.

We will be going over some of the more commonly used Parkour techniques (i.e. rolls, vaults, climbs, and more) as well as certain strengthening exercises that will help in overall progression.
Ninja?s will complete obstacle course challenges, participate in Ninja games, and learn physically
Be prepared to run, jump, and roll through our obstacle courses.
