PROGRAM/CLASSES TAUGHT: General Manager

GYMNASTICS BACKGROUND: Mrs. Tanya Berenson holds the position as General Manager of the Los Angeles School of Gymnastics, a non-profit organization. She began gymnastics at age 7 years and competed successfully through the Junior Olympic level. Following her gymnastics career, she pursued equestrian riding and competed on a national circuit winning many titles.

Her extensive knowledge of athletics and competitive success in multiple facets of various competitive sports, provides a strong understanding of the key ingredients in providing a safe and progressive training environment.

Tanya has an extensive background in coaching, she is a USA Gymnastics professional member, USA Gymnastics Safety-Certified, OSHA Infant & CPR certified and is a certified USA Gymnastics Judge. She has a young boy involved in the competitive sector of gymnastics and is part of several generations of gymnastics legends.

Tanya has been with the LASG since 1993 and serves as consultant for major movie and production industries and consultant for USA Gymnastics (national governing body of gymnastics in the United States). She also is the Meet Director for the largest RG Gymnastics competition in the world, hosted on the third weekend of every January in Los Angeles and sponsored by CBS Television Studios.

Tanya wishes to extend her knowledge of producing and creating programs at the LA School of Gymnastics to ensure the personal growth and success for every child that enter its doors.
